In 1993, General Establishment of Space Science and Application, Chinese Academy of Sciences (GESSA), German Aerospace Center (DLR) and German OHB Company signed the contract of 4 space microgravity experiments with high-altitude balloon. And in Sept. 4th 1998, 2 experiments with Chinese scientists were implemented in Shijiazhuang, China airport and ended in succeed. The successful of these experiments laid the foundation for cell electro-fusion experiment SZ-4 spacecraft.
